    The in-store sales, don’t sync with the online version of the shop.
    so when a product sells the last (managed) stock in store this is still available online so could mean I can essentially sell a product that is no longer in stock.

    Everything is up to date, the plugins are up to date, software on the POS system is up to date, WordPress is up to date also.

    So I’ve had to manually go through the website and remove all the products that are sold out (they sold out on Saturday in-store) but they hadn’t updated.

    When you have opened the ticket, we would like to have a look into the setup of your site, so want to ask you to provide us with the system report and Zettle logs you can find here:
    System report: WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    Zettle logs: WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    With these details, we will be able to see if there are any known issues on your site. If we can’t find any issues on these logs, we might as for access to a staging website later, but let’s first start with these first steps.
