Instragram video support

Fantastic plugin, thank you!
I am trying to embed an instragram video. It works when the link is pasted into the page body but not when pasted into a comment.
It returns a shortcode [video src="https://scontent-b.cdninstagram.com/hphotos-xaf1/t50.2886-16/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.mp4" /]
Any thoughts?
