instrction video not displayed well

    Hi Gabriel,

    Thank you for your great plugin!

    Everything is working well on my end, but my client says 2 out of 3 instruction video’s are not displaying properly. They start all right, but then the image on screen stops moving, while the sound continues.

    She uses a Mac and I use a pc. The video that works fine on her end is the shortest out of three. Do you have an idea what causes it and how i can fix it?

    I’m not sure if this is a browser issue or an issue of the mediaplayer of the theme or an issue with the plugin?!

    Edit to previous post: Client has same issue on both Mac as PC. I don’t have issues, so it can’t be a plugin conflict.

    What could cause this problem to happen on her end but not on mine?

    Please reply! This great tool is of no use right now ??
