Instructions are not clear

  • Hey there,

    The settings text seems incomplete to me, if I read the description of your plugin, this checkbox should have the instruction “Hide the parent variable products on archive page.”, idem for the title, right?

    Same question for me this was, but when enabling I still see the parent products. How can that be?

    Hi thijmendelucro,

    After enabling this option, it might take some time for our plugin to process the request and hide the parent variable products. You can kindly wait and check back later. Please make sure you clear the caches/cookies of your site and browser as well. These will make sure the changes are saved and displayed properly.

    Thank you for your quick response.

    On the first page of the archive page they do indeed hide. Unfortunatly on the load of the next page they get back. Please see this page.
