Instructions for ACF form fields don’t show up on form

During an older version of your front end form system, any instructions for those fields use to show up above the field. These are now gone. Is this an error, or removed. If removed would really like them back so that I can show instructions on what the field is used for. I have an frontend forms on another site and those instructions show up. Not sure after update if ACF changed the instructions field to another name as I know ACF did change somewhat from an older version. maybe that is what the problem is.

Unfortunately my form is hidden to a specific user group.
