Instructions not displaying HTML

I’m trying to display an image <img src=”URL”> but it’s not working. After pressing save form, the code changes to the written out version of the code (“&” symbols and “quote”), and no image is displayed on the form page.

I’ve tried pasting the code supplied in the resolved post from a year ago, but it’s still not working, and I’m assuming “line 1507” isn’t the same as it was then.
