Instructors unable to add courses

  • I have installed learnpress plugin for my elearning website pathsalaonline.com.
    I have assigned multiple users as lp instructors but none of them could add new course, quiz, lesson, etc.
    Only admin is capable of adding courses at present. So as an admin I have used different role editor plugins too to assign them role to add courses but nothing helped.
    A message appears with ‘you do not have sufficient permission to enter this page ‘ whenever instructors click on Learnpress under dashboard.
    So how can I make them able to add new course, quiz, etc?
