Insufficient Permissions with DearSystems product upload

I’m using DearSystems to upload my products to WordPress. I’ve been doing this for the last year and always worked fine. Now suddenly, I can’t upload anything anymore because I have ‘Insufficient Permissions’. I contacted dearsystems first, but they said the problem was laying with WooCommerce. Anyone know how I get sufficient permissions?
