intalled plug-ins don’t show up or function!

    I have loaded a few plug-ins, like weather (pericat)but it doesn’t show up, I also installed, the dashboard, and meta se, but none seem to have any effect, although I am not getting any errors either, and yes they are all activated, any ideas as to what I am missing?
