Integerate vBulletin with WordPress login

I want to use wordpress registration system with VBulletin.

Requirements
a) Vbulletin login > WP Login Box > WP check if user exists if not wp registration form. then direct to last page.

b) Same case with User Groups and Permission

Both need to use same user tables. Is any plugins available.
