integrate a resume function for remoteupload

Hi!

First, Thank you very much for your plugin. It is awesome for free!!! I use it since years.

My Problem:
when i use sftp remote upload, it stops by about 800MB (sometimes 900).
-I change the timeouttime from 30 to 90 seconds, but it doesnt helped.
-I split the files, eg 512mb, but still it stops on part2 with 300mb = round about 800MB.

So, could you integrate a resume function for remoteupload ?
like ” Error by 321MB – resume in 60 seconds.. – Error by 832MB – seume in 60 seconds.. – finished with 1694MB”
