• Hey, we would like to insert the logo image file as inline file.

    We first tried to base64-code it – in preview it looks nice, but in mail program (e.g. Outlook there is no logo).

    Is there a way to add a picture as inline image attached?

  • @wp_user1 Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    There is an option to add the logo in Email templates > Email header > logo.

    If you are adding a logo via inline CSS then maybe it will create issues.

    Please share the screenshot of the preview screen also.

    Thanks

    @haseeb0001 the problem is: logo is working fine when loading from server.

    But most mail clients do not allow to load pictures from foreign server, so first reader will get an ‘x’.

    We would like to insert the logo inline or as attachment..

    @wp_user1 let me talk with my team, will get back to you shortly.

    @wp_user1

    At the moment there is no option in our plugin to achieve this. I have talked with my team, and if they will find any soliton they will share it here or add an inline logo option in the plugin and release the updated version of the plugin.

    Thanks

    hm thank you.

    Perhaps it should be possible with base64-encoded. But when saving, the plugin deletes the source code.
    How can I avoid that it gets deleted?
    Perhaps I can add via hook or filter in functions.php?

    @wp_user1

    I will talk with my Technical Lead and try to share a solution or release the new version of the plugin soon.

    Thanks

    Hello, just curious if there was an update here? I’m noticing now that the logo image files are not being shown as well.

    Kindest regards,
    Tony

    @tpipta as far as I know, no.
    I finally deinstalled the plugin and coded a function for the theme to add the look for outgoing mails..
