Integrate wordpress posts into current HTML site

I have an HTML site (www.hakitlabs.com) and I have a blog page which currently only gets updated when the backend HTML is updated, I want to have it so it can grab those blog posts from a wordpress installation, same with the couple posts on the mainpage of the site just showing the blog, right now I find it to complicated to update and therefore I don’t update it often.

Is it possible to say install a wordpress install at hakitlabs.com/news and have hakitlabs.com/blog grab those posts but keep the current HTML theme so it looks consistent
