I need some help, to point me to the right direction,
my client uses a 3rd party stock management system. Here being stored all the product, price, image, stock, etc…
My job would be to integrate this info to woocommerce.

At this point I don’t know much about this 3rd party software.

What I would like to know is, what do I need to get this done,

and is there any cases where it is not possible to integrate.

    Hi there,

The easiest would be to check with the 3rd party software whether they have an integration or plugin to sync stock/orders. If they do, install that and configure it according to their documentation.

If they don’t have an integration/plugin, then you’d need to manually develop that integration with the best approach being through the WooCommerce REST API. For more information on how to work with the REST API, have a look at the following guide: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#products

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
