integrating a 1.1 bbpress stand-alone into WordPress

    I have an existing forum that is running off of a stand-alone bbPress 1.-alpha-2855. I need integrate it into WordPress so that I can update to bbPress’ lates version. Could you help me with a step by step way to do that?
