Integrating Software with WordPress and Purchased Template From A Company

I’m having a few issues here and am out of my league when it comes to any coding!

We have decided to re-design our company website because our design company we went through prior left us behind and fell off the face of the earth …

We are a childrens sports facility and use a software called Jackrabbit Class to schedule classes/events/families etc.

We were told by the template designers (Design Theme) that it would not integrate with the template we purchased from them. But I feel like it can somehow with different coding!

Can anyone help us out?! We don’t really know where to go from here with the calendars and class listings to add it to the website!
