Integrating WordPress to an existing site

Hi there,

I have just started to develop my first website. Rather than using website builders and templates, or indeed paying a developer, I have decided to teach myself – from scratch.

The website is informative, and will have a blog element.

It is coming along well, but I want to jump on the wordpress bandwagon and have installed in onto a sub directory, however I want it to look like the rest of the site, and simply use it to control the blog for easy posting and commenting etc.

I’m sure this is very difficult but if anyone can explain!!!
