Integrating WordPress with Your Website, cant get my language

Hello all.

I’ve been integrating my WP blog to my own php site.
I have been following the guide from:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Integrating_WordPress_with_Your_Website
But I can’t get the blog to show ??? on my own page, but when I launch the blog with out my site it works great, any idea’s to what i can do about it?

atm. I run the page/blog on XAMPP.

Sry about the bad English (3rd language) ??
