integration between Forminator and HubSpot

I hope you are doing good.

We have noticed similar issues reported when the value of the Forminator field value was different from the internal value set on Hubspot. Can you please re-verify if the field values are matching with the internal values set at HubSpot?

Can you please export the form and share it with us using DropBox or Google Drive?

Hi John,

you can find the file here.
In the zip there are:
– export of the form: forminator-registrazione-utenti-form-export.txt
– fields configuration on HubSpot: date-img1.png
– data from form: date-img2.png
– error in Forminator: date-img3.png
– anomalous information in HubSpot in the field “File” (after removing “date” integration): file-img1.png

Thank you for the form and sorry for the delay here.

I found that both situations are reported to our developers and we will work on a fix.

– For the date, a workaround is to set this field in the HubSpot as a text field.
