    Hello @jfung

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into those Internal Server Errors. We definitely want that working for you.

What I’m going to need you to do is to create a new support ticket with us through these instructions:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/frequently-asked-questions/#section-10

Because internal server errors can be a host of things, and require us to look at sensitive data, I’d rather you not post it here. That said, in the support request, please include the following:

    1. Statement that you’re using ShipStation and give the same summary you gave above.
    2. A copy of your System Status Report (Go to: WooCommerce > Status and copy past to your reply)
    3. Description of where that error was displaying for you.

In the meantime, please make sure that the ShipStation logging is active, which can be found in your ShipStation settings at WooCommerce > Settings > Integration. This checkbox needs to be checked: https://cld.wthms.co/5UnX0g

Let’s get you taken care of! ??
