Integration for Mautic support version 3.0.1

Seems like version 3.0.1 is a recent release. I’m checking with our development team to double-check if the release is supported out of the box.

Could we know what exact error message you notice so that we could have a better idea regarding the issue you face with connecting to Mautic? A screenshot would be helpful.

Could you please double-check whether you have the option API Enabled under Configuration > Settings in Mautic side as shared in the following screenshot? Maybe that’s what’s missing?

Thanks for your response. Mautic 3 was released in May of this year with many system improvements. The connect screen just says that the credentials are invalid when I attempt to configure the connector. On the Mautic side API is enabled as shown on the screen shot you sent, so that doesn’t appear to be the problem.

Perhaps I’m doing something wrong, but I have other WP plugins that are using OAuth2 integration and it works perfectly. That said, I much prefer WPMU DEV approach for securely connecting because my experience with many oauth2 apps require a token refresh after some duration, just a pain point for my use case.

In any event, I couldn’t find any guidance online on what I needed to do to setup Mautic 3 to successfully connect Hustle. I even went so far to create security & user roles for API in Mautic 3 with no success. So, hoping that you might have had some insight on this issue.

I understand that the credentials given there are valid/proper for sure, right? I know how this question sounds but it’s better to make sure anyway ??

There’s been a huge update to the plugin just released. Could you update Hustle then, clear all caches on site and server and give it another spin? Let me know, please, if it’s working now or if it still fails.
