integration not working for Zoho CRM or Campaign

I have used MailOptin to integrate with Constant Contact, now with Zoho’s CRM and Campaign. The subscribers are not being entered in Zoho and I get an error on the contact form that. says, “Email address is invalid. Try again.” This error happened when I used the integration with Constant Contact as well. I use Elementor forms and I already worked with troubleshooting with them. They said if the error continues to contact you. I am not understanding why it will not work.
