integration of tinyurl or bit.ly or something similar with this plugin

Hey,

I just updated the plugin and it works great now. One feature that I think everyone who uses this plugin will really appreciate it the integration with bit.ly or any other url shortener service because right now if we click on tweet from any post it uses the entire url (which consumes a lot of characters if the permalink is quite big) with the title of the post and twitter handle of the author.

URL Shortener will save those precious character spaces. Thanks guys for the amazing plugin ??
