Integration with Colibri theme?

  • Hi, I am trying to have two different main navigation menus for different pages – one nav menu will be in English and the other in Portuguese. I’ve tried using the plugin to condition it so that the English menu items show up in the English menu and Portuguese menu items show up in the Portuguese menu. Problem is, nothing happens. No nav menus on any page at all. I feel like I may be missing something.

    Does this plugin work with the Colibri theme?

    Hi,

    Which multilingual plugin are you using? Most multilingual plugins (eg. WPML) have the menu language toggle.

    I actually am not using a multilingual plugin – I made individual pages that will be translated (manually). But would a plugin be easier? Would I create ONE navigation menu and could change the language based on the page assigned?

    Using multilingual plugin would be easier. It can automatically create the translated page slug structure, language switcher which will apply to translated menus as well.
