  • Hi @afiniadkligadiana12345 ,

To start with, try checking if WooCommerce Integration System User is available or not on your Facebook Business Manager.

First of all, go to your Business Manager, and check if WooCommerce Integration System User is there: https://d.pr/i/PpNUG4

If it’s there, please click on the Commerce account tab, and check if the System User is added to the Commerce account (the one with the associated catalog you want to connect to with Facebook for WooCommerce):

In my example, I have it listed as seen here: https://d.pr/i/Yzb8Ae

But in case it’s not listed as a user under the Commerce account, you can add it by clicking Add People, and add the integration clicking Assign: https://d.pr/i/qy9Jtv

Once you’ve done that, try to reconnect the plugin by clicking Get Started.

Do let us know how that goes and if you need any further help from us.

    Hi there,

It seems that the issue you’re having is affecting multiple users at the moment. We have opened a bug report on Github here: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148

Given that we have no extra information than what is in that Github thread, can we suggest subscribing to the Github issue there to follow the interaction? That’ll allow you to be the first to find out when this is closed and solved. You can subscribe by clicking this button on the GitHub repo (this will only be visible if you have a GitHub account, which can be done for free)

    Thank you!

“on the Commerce account tab, and check if the System User is added to the Commerce account (the one with the associated catalog you want to connect to with Facebook for WooCommerce)”
Every time I try to setup the plugin a new Woocommerce Integration system User is created and it’s not added there by default when setting up, so adding there the system user is imposible if every time a new system user is created.

    Hi @filipnarcis

To keep things tidy and organized, could you open a new forum thread?

This would help us address each request individually. Kindly include a copy of your message there so we can assist you.
