    Hi @webbiepro777,

Gravity form integration is a premium feature and is not available in the free plugin.

    Some screenshots:
    Mapping of the form
    Mapping of the fields

    To answer your questions:

    1. Yes, as per the screenshot above
    2. Not yet, it’s on a roadmap, and we’d be happy to work with your exact requirements to make it happen

    Hope it helps
    Best regards,

Thanks for the quick reply. Great to see that GF fields can be mapped to the CRM.
As for fetching info from the CRM into GF fields… we have a website with WP users. The username is the email. We would like the CRM to know if a user (email) is logged in in WP and the GF form to pull the info from the CRM into the form. These fields should first be mapped and if a value already exists (is not empty) in the CRM then it should load that value into the GF form. If a users changes that value and submits the form the value is updated in the CRM.

Do you think this is something that could be done with Alexa CRM?

    Hi @webbiepro777

as I mentioned, we don’t yet support the GF functionality you’re after (what sounds effectively as an update operation). We do, however, support this functionality using Dynamics 365/CRM forms, as per https://docs.alexacrm.com/wpcrm/forms/.

For any premium functionality enquiries please contact [email protected] to discuss our roadmap and the implementation timeline.

    Thanks!
