Integration with Ninja Forms?

Hello,

Is there a way to integrate subscription form of [Email Subscribers & Newsletters] to Ninja Forms?

I was thinking of using Affiliates plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/affiliates/) to reward affiliates for bringing leads, but Affiliates plugin needs to be used with their preferred form plugins.

I’ve thought of going with Ninja Forms, but can I make it work somehow?
