Integration with other GDPR plugins

Would it be possible to integrate the opt-in/opt-out functionality with a different consent cookie?

For instance, I’m trying to set up the GDPR plugin, which sets its own consent cookies, but doesn’t provide a Google Analytics opt-in unless you build one yourself (which I don’t know how to do).

Would there be a way to have the Google Analytics Germanized plugin use the GDPR [gdpr] consent cookies and disable the banner? That way, I could integrate the various consents and not annoy users with multiple banners to click.
