Integration with Subscribe Form

    Hi,

    I have added a coming soon page (with “Minimal Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode – Coming Soon Page” plugin) on my website with a subscribe form using MailChimp as integration system and API.

    The problem is that when I enter an email in the subscribe form I have no notification neither on MailChimp nor the other plugin, like the email is never tracked down.

    Where is the problem?

The scenario you’re describing is outside the functionality of the plugin, and it would be best suited for the support team at Mailchimp to troubleshoot on why that form isn’t submitting emails. They would be able to access your account and investigate further. You can reach out to their excellent customer service team via this support link.
