    Hello,

First of all your plugin rocks – great job there! I appreciate the fact that you offer so many features while at the same time are free. I would like to ask you if its compatible with WooCommerce subscriptions. At the subscriptions page I can assign a generator but whenever I save the changes the generator disappears. I am talking about the part that I choose to generate license keys (check image).

  • Hello @thzois,

thanks for your kind words, it’s good to hear that my plugin is useful to you.

Now to your issue. I have never tested this plugin with WooCommerce subscriptions, so I have no idea. I also never used WooCommerce subscriptions myself, so I also have no idea what the plugin does. I assume that when clicking “save” a completely different hook saves the data instead of the one used by my plugin.

I contacted the developer to see if I can get a development license. Maybe it’s not a big deal and this can be done rather quickly. If they refuse then I’m afraid that there’s not much I can do about this. I would need to have the plugin installed on my development machine to figure out how to make it compatible.

PS: It would help me tremendously if you took some time out of your day to write a plugin review here on www.ads-software.com. Those reviews really help spread the plugin and mean a lot to me personally.

    Hello @thzois,

I got a reply from Prospress, the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin developer. I received a development license, that means that I will most definitely check out the plugin and see what can be done.

    Hello @drazenbebic,

Thank you very much! It would be great if you manage to integrate it! Of course I will write a review, no matter what.

    Thank you!

    Hello @thzois,

thank you very much for the review! I’m really happy to hear that the plugin works for you.

I added this into the backlog, Since this is not a bug or other issue, but rather a feature-request, I’ll mark the topic as resolved.

    Hi all,
i test the plugin sounds very good
the thing in my case as i am using woocommerce subscriptions
    is that you say :
The individual license keys will be sent out with the standard WooCommerce “Order complete” email.

now i never mark as complete but all orders stay on the processing status
so the mail never goes to the customer
any idea how to solve that ?

    Hello @fondashci,

currently the plugin is built so that everything happens when the order is set to complete. If this doesn’t happen then it will not work.

Could you please explain what your workflow looks like? Perhaps this is something that needs to be addressed in the next pugin update.

Ok i will try to help you.
I also noticed that while i test it like a customer with a fake account i bought a license and i can see it on my account but i never received in an email.
Then the license change the status to delivered. But we have not an option as admin to change the status from delivered to active again or mark as sold or mark as delivered (from active, manually) i think this is a good future for the next update.
Now in my case i partially solved the issue by installing the automatic status change of an order plugin so automatically to change the status from processing to complete. But as i said i didn’t received an email but i can see the license in my order view of my account.

Well now issue solved i found out that i had disabled the complete email notification
so after i install the plugin mentioned above i still didn’t receive an email
not after enable the notification all good. But i had to pay for that plugin.
