Integration with ThemeMyLogin

I’ve set my user moderation to “Email Confirm – Yield to Theme My Login Plugin”, but the email generated out to the new user is not using the ThemeMyLogin email settings for “User Activation”.
Would this be an issue with TML, or the integration with the Social Login plugin?
