integration with Ultimate Member

i am currently using ultimate member, and my theme already has Like / Dislike functionality. but this is not connected to MyCred, so I would like to implement WP Ulike instead. is there way to not lose the current Like/Ulike associated with the Ultimate Member?

my current system sets the folowing meta_key/meta_value for the post_id:

meta_key:um_post_likes
meta_value: (number of likes)

meta_key:um_post_like
meta_value: (user_id who liked post)
