I’ve found that Cleantalk blocks quite a lot of legit customers when they either Register / Login for a Wholesale account, or even Checkout using their Wholesale account.

It’ll be nice if Cleantalk had better integration with this plugin. Or maybe, a method to whitelist an action. This plugin has a unique action; wwlc_xxx , when identifying new accounts for Wholesalers.

Could you try to set the ‘Set Cookies’ option to ‘Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)’ here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

@sergecleantalk I’ve swapped the cookie method as recommended. And will monitor this to see if it makes any difference.

Hey @sergecleantalk I guess it’s improved some. When I checked today, I saw 1 legit customer who was still flagged. And their account was created June 2022.

Hello, @dannyfoo

Please, add the “Username” field of the “Login” web form to the “Field name exclusions” in the Anti-Spa plugin settings:

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> Exclusions —> URL exclusions —> Add the name of the field Username, in your case, it is “wwlc_username” —> Save changes.

This will exclude the Login web form from checking.
