Integretion with ActiveCampaign doesn’t show all the fields

    Dear forminator,
    I have integrated Active Campaign with forminator and everything is working fine, except that inside the form I see only the default english field of active campaign and not the actual fields set on active campaign.

    For example for this form I need to save the city field inside active campaign and even though I have it on active campaign looks like forminator doesn’t see it and doesn’t let me to assign the field to it.

    Hi @startitit2,

    I checked in my test server and I could create custom fields in Active Campaign and they would show up on the Form side to select during the ActiveCampaign integration.

    Is this how you have created the Custom Field? You should find the option to create the field under “Lists > Manage Fields” on Active Campaign side:

    Yes I’ve added the field in active campaign, and this is visible for example from the native form of elementor:

    But I see no settings to fix this in forminator.

    Hi @startitit2

    The screenshots that you shared are from Elementor so what if you try to assign these fields directly in Forminator?

    To do this you’ll need to edit the form in question (in Forminator) and go to its “Integrations” page. You should see “ActiveCampaign” there under “Active Apps” so click on a little “Gear” icon next to it.

    It will bring back the configuration popup where you can make adjustments, including mapping of the fields (3rd step, after “setup name” and “choose contact list”).

    Can you, please, check if you are able to correctly assign the fields from there then?

    Sorry, my example was not clear.
    The issue is with the active campaign integration inside forminator (as you asked me to try). The example of elementor was just to show that the native form of elementor shows all the fields correctly while forminator doesn’t.
    That’s why I think is an issue related to forminator and not active campaign itself as it works fine with elementor

    Could you remove and re-add integration once more? Also please clear any site and server-side cache. We have made multiple tests and each new field made on the active campaign side is added correctly after we refresh form edit mode and choose the list again.
