Intense Debate disabling comments when I click update.

I have been experiencing an issue that started about 5 to 6 months ago. For some reason every time I publish or update a post, intense debate automatically disables the comments. I don’t know what caused this to start happening, but I have disabled all of my plug-ins and even changed the theme and the error still occurs. I have a heavily customized theme and have no idea where to start. I have also sent a copy of this to the intense debate support team, and awaiting a reply. Thank you in advance for any help!
