Interactive diagram

I wish to be able to draw a map of a rest stop with different markings (probably shapes) for the different types of accommodation (camping, duluxe camping, chalet etc). However what I want to be able to do is to be able to show availability on the diagram, preferably by a colour change in the shapes.
The idea is that someone puts in the date that they want to visit this destination and the map shows what accommodation is available (something like green accommodation is available, red is booked).
I have not used any diagrams on my site yet. I know it would be simpler to create some sort of table for people to look at but am just wondering if anyone has an idea of a plugin that might allow this sort of thing to work?
I have had a bit of a play with draw.io but it didn’t seem to be able to be responsive.
Has anyone got any suggestions of plugins that might allow this to happen – or an adjustment of the above that would be possible. I realize that I would need one that could fetch the data, which is available online.
