Interactive text

  • Hello,

    I need a plugin to create interactive text in wordpress.

    I need something that shows questions for users to answer and that use the answer in the page content.

    Example:
    Question would be “what’s your name?”, user replies Paty
    In the page content all “yourname” words would be replaced by the visitor’s answer (Paty).

    Is this possible? Do you know any plugin that can do this?
