Intercept new registration emails

    I am developing a forum and need to have admin interception of the Registration process. When a prospective member Registers, an email is sent to them to for them to assign a password. I want to have those outbound emails redirected to my address so I can preapprove them for membership. Will your plugin work for that, given that I don’t know their addresses until they Register?
