interest-free installment

  • I am wanting to install installments of up to 10x interest-free on my products but I was notified that the customer simulate the purchase on my website and charged interest, if I did not have a way of withdrawing I would like to place it for me to pay this interest and not include it in the product value for the customer

  • I guess it is not a plugin problem. I think that should set it up in your Mercado Pago account. Inside Mercado Pago go to Your business > Settings section, there you can activate the option to offer installments without interest, at least in Mercadopago Argentina

    To offer interest-free installments, access your Mercado Pago account, Settings> Business> in the Offer installments without adding section, you can configure the number of installments you want to offer and your financing cost.
    Your customer pays interest-free, and you absorb the cost of financing, so consider the financing costs of the installments you want to offer.
