Interested in premium

Hello, I was trying to register to ask about the premium features (in laymans terms) but was unable to register.

1) is that just for premium members?

2) I wasn’t sure what the premium does. Does it detect spyware and viruses AND remove them? I have read about it, but it is difficult to understand for me.
