• This is an interesting concept and helps to reduce one step in two factor authentication. However I had several issues when I wanted to open my site on my mobile.

    Since only one registered device is allowed I had to get this disabled in my mobile, get it installed and enabled from another, with some intervention needed from my email as well. It just complicated an otherwise simple process. Hope the developers make it a 2 device setup or add a simpler recovery mechanism.

    Thank you for your interest in Rublon.

    You can have an unlimited number of trusted devices that allow you to access your accounts (by simply entering your password): all your laptops, tablets and smartphones. The Trusted Device Manager allows you to manage all your trusted devices and is available inside our mobile app and as a widget inside the WordPress Administration Dashboard. Due to security reasons, the Rublon mobile app can and should be installed on only one phone —?just like your SIM card can be in only one phone.

    Recovering your mobile app account on a new device needs to be done in a secure manner, hence we require you to confirm that you do have access to your email address during recovery. All you have to do is enter a 4-digit PIN on your phone. We believe that everybody can do this easily since this is a known process used by many apps and companies. This process cannot be any simpler due to security reasons.

    In order to ensure a high level of security for all our users, we are not able to let you install the mobile app on several devices and the recovery process is as simple as it can get. If these are the reasons why you gave us a 3-star rating, we unfortunately believe that it is not justifiable because the product works as advertised. We would be thankful if you could withdraw it because we do not think that it is fair.

    Rajesh, could you please elaborate on the issues you had when you wanted to open your website on your mobile phone? What kind of phone do you use? What web browser on your mobile phone? We could not find any support ticket created by you and we would like to help you with any issues that you encounter. It is important to us to make all our users happy.
