Interface distorted, Can’t install addons

    Hello, I had this plugin installed before but uninstalled due to too much extra requests from server. But right now, I really need to send out a newsletter and the entire user interface is not loading normally. html, css and javascript don’t load and I can’t installed the users integration add on which I really need right now.
