• Thank you for answering your customers questions. I am shocked to see a woo commerce rep actually answering.

I paid for the Interfax Integration Plugin. This plugin does not send the order information as it is supposed to. In fact the order information is area in the fax is blank.

I am now 4 days and counting on a support ticket for a plugin I paid $79 for and I see there is support for their free versions.

Is there anyway to solve this issue with first my paid plugin and second with the woothemes.com support. I can’t believe a company like woo would be so bad with support. I have a deadline yesterday and I trusted that a company like woo would be selling working products. Please respond or call someone and get the ball rolling.

Please help Mike Jolley “you are our only hope”

This forum is for core support only. I myself am not familiar with Interfax. If you give me the ticket ID I can see if its in the queue.

Greetings. I’m observing the exact same issue and wondering if there has been any resolution? Generally, not seeing detail come in with faxes. Simply the first line of ‘you have a new order.’

    Hello,
