    Hi!
I started changing the old version 2 of MP to the new version on all of my clientsides. Everything works perfect, but only on one site there is a big problem: On https://www.meinfachausschuss.wien/start/

    This happens after activting MP3:
    – The menu-button of the plugin “Responsive Menü” disappears completely
(Responsive Menu is used for all devices)
    – The heat-map on top (the cartoon with “NEUES”, “FEATURES”…) is displayed, but the links are broken.

Neither deactivating the plugin nor deinstalling makes any change. The bugs remain. Only when using a backup I can restore the menu and the links.

Is that a bug within MP3?
    Thank you for answers!

    Hi,

Our plugin does not make any changes to the your web site, so if deactivating it does not solve the issue, then there must be something else at play. We’ve installed the Responsive Menu plugin just to try things and inside the WP admin panel, we can see the plugin’s menu link — all options are working. If you’re talking about the “preview” feature, we have no way of checking it since we don’t have access to the “Pro” version.

    Cheers,

    Hi,
thank you for your answer, but the problem is different:
    – When the plugin is activated the Responsive Menu does not work
    – When the plugin is deactivated the Responsive Menu does not work
    – When the plugin is completetly deinstalled the Responsive Menu works again.

Therefore it MUST be in relation with Mailpoet 3. But how?
    Cheers

    Raphael,

It does sound odd given that when the plugin is not activated, it is not loaded by WordPress at all. When uninstalling the plugin, WordPress simply removes the plugin folder and does nothing else.

Since we can’t replicate the issue, it is hard to understand what’s going on. Try getting in touch with us directly and we’ll take a look at your site.

    MailPoet Team.
