    Hi,

Thanks for reporting this issue. Can you please let us know if it happens on specific theme(s)? or all themes?

It can be helpful if you mention the theme name so we can quickly replicate this error.

We will also do more testing on our part and get back to you about this issue asap.

    Many thanks!

Update: We’ve confirmed the comment issue and we’re working on a fix.

Update: I was able to fix the comments issue with success. Please let us know about the 2nd issue ( um_dynamic_user_profile_pagetitle() ) on which theme/s does it happen? And also to know why the comments image/avatar looks massive. There’s probably a small conflict between UM and that theme.

    Thank you very much!

    Hi,
I am also experiencing the first problem. I have the latest update to this plugin installed.
    Gravatar doesn’t show either.

Warning: strlen() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in wp-includes\formatting.php on line 2120

I am using AVADA theme so you know.

Also, I see a lot of undefined javascript errors leading me to believe that there is conflict with this and other jquery/javascripts.

    A plugin called “Ubermenu” doesn’t work correctly—sticky doesn’t work.
Also, I have a sliding bar with the them AVADA that doesn’t open.
When I deactivate your plugin, all works correctly as before.
Just some added information that might be able to help you.

It’s a great plugin, but I have deactivated it for now until this problem can be resolved.

Thank you very much for your great plugin.

    Hi Peter,

    About that issue:

Warning: strlen() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in wp-includes\formatting.php on line 2120

It is already fixed, and we’re releasing an update right now.

    Hi,

Yes, it solved the comments problem and the other problems I mentioned.
There’s still a problem with the default avatar showing instead of the user gravatar. I’ll open a new issue.

    Thank you,

    Pete

Thanks for updating us Peter and good to know this issue is fixed. We will respond to you in the new topic regarding the gravatar issue.

    Thanks

    Peter,

Update: currently the UM avatar system replaces default avatar. It does not show user gravatar yet, we’ll work on adding this to a future update for sure.

Thanks for your replay. I updated to 1.0.24, but for some reason its still not working, the error message is gone, but the avatars on comments are missed up, you can see it here:

    Roway13,

You can help us find a solution to this “conflict” by letting us know which theme, and plugins are you using on your website?

    I really appreciate your help!

OK: It’s working now. PROBLEM: If you don’t have a avatar selected under UM profile, it conflicts with the comments avatar of the logged in user. I thank this is a problem only with my theme. Thanks for your help. I hope this helps.

Roway, all avatar issues have been corrected in v1.0.25 ?? Let us know if you have an avatar issue after using 1.0.25.

    Many thanks!

If you still have issues with the profile images after updating we can have a look at the theme. However, since Divi is a premium theme we can only test it with UM if you send us the installable theme as a zip folder (we wont activate any licenses, just need it for testing purposes then we will delete it). If you want to send it to us so we can try and make UM compatible with the theme, please open a topic on our community forum and not the WP forum and we can work on this further.

    Thanks
