    Hello there,

Thanks for your inquiry. Let’s see how we can help.

Have you deployed the tables through shortcodes into a WordPress post or page editor?

Also, can you provide us a link to the webpage that is having this issue?

Normally, there should be such an issue because when deployed, the pricing tables does not create its own URL or modifies the URL but instead sits on the original URL of the page.

But we will have to see what is the real issue here.

Please get back to us with this information and we’ll see what we can do to assist next.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I can’t post a link since the site is running local now. I’ve put the tables into a php file using the do_shortcode() function. This page is then included into the homepage by the theme.

    Hello there,

We would recommend adding the shortcode in the default WordPress editor rather than using a function since we can only support for it to work with the WYSIWYG editor of WordPress rather than a function.

I would advise trying to add it to the default WordPress editor to see if it gives out the same error.

Please report back if you get the same error with that also.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

Since I did not get a reply back from you in the last few days, I am going to mark this thread as resolved for now.

Please get to us if you cannot get the plugin shortcodes working even on the default WordPress editor and I will reopen this thread.

    Thanks.
