Hi, could you have a look at the following?

Install both BlossomThemes Toolkit and Complianz.

Then try to visit the Wizard of Complianz, in the right-hand corner you will find missing buttons, which appear when disabling BlossomThemes.

It seems some CSS affects the admin pages of other plugins.

    Thanks, Aert

  • Hi @aahulsebos,

Thank you for letting us know about this.

Upon inspection, I noticed that you have used the class ‘fa’ which is conflicting with the FontAwesome. If you change the change name, the issue will be resolved. Please check this screenshot.

We cannot remove the FontAwesome from the plugin as it is totally dependent on it. The FontAwesome detects the class ‘fa’ and turn them into SVG. Since you have used the same class, any other plugin that uses FontAwesome will create an issue.

We recommend you change the class name.

Kindly let us know if you have any questions.

    HI @blossomthemessupport,

Regarding classnames: it works both ways of course. But there won’t be a problem if you don’t load your CSS styles on other pages except your own. Then you don’t have to worry about conflicting CSS classes.

To prevent issues across a lot of plugins, I would recommend to limit your stylesheets to your own settings pages only. This would resolve the issue for us, and all other plugins using font-awesome in the WordPress repository.

Is there a reason you’re loading your stylesheets on ALL WordPress admin pages?

    Hi @rogierlankhorst,

We have released an update fixing the conflict. Please have a look and let us know if the conflict still occurs.
