intermident From submission issue

    Hello,
    It seems there is an issue with this site and everest forms. About every 3rd or 4th form submission (regarldless of what form, this site has about 10 of them). I’ll get the error “We were unable to process your form, please try again.” I use Everest Forms on several other sites with no issue. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have looked at the reCaptcha settings, and am also using the newest version of the Everest Form plugin.

    Thank you for sharing the link to the page. I just visited the link and I could see the error message appearing “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

    It seems that there’s something incorrectly setup with the Google Re-Captcha. I would like to request you to cross-check your settings by referring to this docs once: https://docs.wpeverest.com/everest-forms/docs/how-to-integrate-google-recaptcha/

    You may try a different form of Re-Captcha too. Let me know if it helps or not and I will get back to you.

    Hello Deepak,
    I have confirmed captcha settings are correct. I have also switched between invisible visible and v3 still getting the errors. Please advise.

    Sorry for the delayed response. It was due to the festive season here in our country that we could not get back to you on time.
    If that is correct then maybe it could be occurring due to the plugin conflict. I would recommend you to do a plugin conflict test once.
    Please deactivate all other plugins except Everest Forms and then see if you still get an error on form submissions. If everything appears to be working fine, you can activate one plugin at a time and then do test submission at the same time.
    It would let you know the conflicting plugin.
