Intermittent Error

We keep getting errors maybe 3/5 entries that are filled out in two different forms:
“Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-on — Errors when adding/updating in Constant Contact”I read online that ppl were populating the state field 2x, which i am not doing. I do have conditional logic enabled (if opt-in field is ON then migrate).
This problem has been going on for a while. Any ideas? THANKS
