Intermittent Error – Bandwidth Limit

Hi

I think this plugin is great, however i intermittently get the following error message instead of seeing my embedded docs:

You’ve reached the bandwidth limit for viewing or downloading files that aren’t in Google Docs format. Please try again later.
You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.

If I refresh the page, the document appears again.
Do you know what this means and how I can stop it?
